This Privacy Policy explains how Leadquarters LLC ("Leadquarters," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our managed cold-calling service and client portal (the "Service").
We use information solely to operate the Service for you: to run your calling campaign, deliver leads and recordings to your portal, verify hours, bill you, and provide support. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Calling lists you provide remain your property. We use them only to perform the Service for you, scrub them against the National Do-Not-Call Registry before dialing, and never resell or reuse them for any other client. On termination, we provide an export of your data and delete or archive it per Section 7.
Each client's campaign, callers, leads, and recordings are logically isolated. Your login accesses only your own data; no other client can access it, and you cannot access theirs.
We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service, including our dialer platform (CallTools), cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process data only to provide their function to us and are bound by their own terms and security obligations.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request export or deletion at any time, subject to our legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring your calling lists and campaigns comply with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state calling regulations. We provide free DNC scrubbing as a safeguard but do not provide legal advice.
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
We may update this policy; material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
